A Satisfactory rating requires publishing in non-refereed journals.
In addition to posting articles on my Quality and Innovation Blog two to eight times a month (which are not refereed but are officially sanctioned by the ASQ through its Influential Voices program), and posting non-refereed articles to the Burning Mind Project blog occasionally, I have also made several contributions to professional society newsletters and published one professional whitepaper for Nortel Networks:
